What are affirmations?
Affirmations are positive statements that you repeat to yourself. They work by rewiring your brain to think more positively. By repeating them, you essentially train your brain to think in a different way.
Here are twenty of my favorite affirmations to start the morning:
I am proud of myself.
I trust in my ability to figure things out.
I don’t need to prove anything to anyone else.

I have accomplished more than I give myself credit for.
I am the only one who can decide what is best for me.
I am worthy.
Everything I need is already inside me.
I am calm and relaxed.
There is nothing I can do that isn’t exactly what I’m meant to do.

I am brave.
I am strong.
I am capable of great things.
I am unstoppable.
I love myself exactly as I am right now.
I am in charge of how I feel.
I am enough.
I choose to be happy.
Today is going to be a great day.
These affirmations are merely suggestions. Choose affirmations that resonate with you and make you feel good.
To start, select a few affirmations, write them down, and repeat them every morning. The more you repeat them, the more your brain will begin to believe them.
